Hello, I have a big problem. I ordered from a Chinese site, and since October 20, my package has been stuck at DÉPÔT ROISSY COURRIER INTERNATIONAL PIC (93).
I hope you can help me with this issue, that would be nice.

Hello, this is to let you know that I received my package and with no customs fees :) so (Roissy Depot) does not mean held in customs, but in processing. Thanks anyway for your responses :)

Never had a problem with AliExpress before. But since the state of emergency, customs have been involved; they blocked a military parka and a skin cream.

Your package must be stuck in customs, and it all depends on what it contains.
If it's counterfeit, you can already kiss it goodbye, and pray not to receive a hefty fine.

Personally, I ordered 3 of them, and they are great, very good quality.
If you deal with a supplier that has 2 stars instead of 5, it's normal...
You also need to pay the price to get good quality ;)

It just means that it's in a warehouse.. They are being processed, you'll receive them, don't worry.
However, I can't tell you the waiting time..
It can be one month or one week, so be patient :)
