    you need to wait a little longer
    he is probably stuck at customs; do you have any explanatory messages from Chronopost or customs? (lost documents, illegal content, counterfeit goods? or anything else?

    It seems Chronopost is in charge of this package (independent service from La Poste)..
    If you have a tracking number,
    ask Chronopost International (Roissy Agency) where your package is. but you'll probably have to wait until Monday.
