Bonjour,

Comment faire pour régler ce problème: j'ai changé les cartouches d'encre couleur et elle continue d'imprimer en noir et blanc ???

Bonjour
Sur pas mal de marques d'imprimantes, après changement de cartouches il faut aligner les cartouches et faire une page test.
Maintenant est ce que la cartouche est une Officiel origine Brother ?
