Hello,

I recently installed Windows 10 and since that day, I cannot launch my Iomega hard drive.
I have already updated the drivers but it has been ineffective so far.

When I start the drive, the application settings window for my drive appears.
Unfortunately, I can't access it. (drive password protected)

The drive works fine on Windows Vista but not on 10.

If anyone has a good tip to help me access it again, that would be wonderful.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2490.80

Hello, did you have a password-protected session under Vista?

Yes, when I clicked on the icon, a session would open where I would enter my password and then I could access my data.

So connect as an administrator and go to the external drive's properties to change the permissions.

I performed the manipulation, but I still get the application settings page opening upon launch :(

Do you still have your Vista computer? If so, remove the protections under Vista.

I just noticed that the external hard drive is listed as a CD drive :/
      I don't understand anything anymore.
