1: I have a Samsung r540 laptop with Windows 7 which had become very slow. Instead of cleaning deeply, I replaced the hard drive with an SSD and it’s great!

    Hi,

    Because you have an OEM license tied to the computer.
    So you cannot activate this Windows 7 with the license of the other computer.

    You can reinstall Windows 10 but on a defective hard drive, it won’t work well.

    Reinstall Windows 10 by formatting the disk:

    The steps are roughly:
