Hello. I have been a Cdiscount customer for several years, and I have always paid for my items in 4 installments. However, since last year, when trying to make a purchase, Cdiscount only offers me the option to pay in 1 installment (even though the mention "pay in 4 installments" is clearly present under the item). The amount of my order is quite substantial, how can I pay in 4 installments?? Hellllllp me pleaaaaaaase!!

It seems that Cdiscount is showing signs of financial fatigue.
Cdiscount is no longer paying sellers and e-commerce merchants, customers are complaining about after-sales service, and now Cdiscount no longer offers payments in 4 installments.

In your opinion, what does this mean?

If you are not offered the p. in 4×, it's because you have already had a payment issue with them.

I have been following the discussions about paying in four installments by credit card on the Cdiscount website, and since the lockdown, this service has been discontinued by Cdiscount Casino Bank. Today, it is still impossible to place orders in four installments by credit card on the Cdiscount site. There are no payment issues on my account, and I don't understand why we can no longer order this way. It is definitely more convenient to pay in installments rather than all at once. I believe Cdiscount is missing something important here, as many people cannot afford to get a credit card for various reasons.   Hello, after several discussions with Cdiscount advisors, we will have to wait further as they currently do not have a date for the resumption, and the Casino bank is not communicating anything out of fear???? that customers will leave for elsewhere and are currently negotiating with partners to finally find a favorable outcome to this situation.

  1 - If they remove the 4 times without fees, the big risk is seeing customers who already have ongoing payments blocking their accounts and simply refusing to pay out of retaliation.
  2 - The 4 times without fees gives customers hope to continue meeting their commitments to honor their monthly payments and to keep buying.
  In conclusion
  An unsatisfied customer will go elsewhere and delete their account even if they have ongoing payments.
  As a result, Cdiscount would go bankrupt next school year and file for bankruptcy.
  I hope I have made myself understood to say that they have no other choice but to reinstate the 4 times without fees to try not only to regain their customers but also to allow them to continue repaying their monthly payments and to consume even more.

Hello, same here. My order is over €150, it's the summer holidays and I have no income! It was for my son's birthday. I don't understand why I can't pay in 4 installments. It's not being offered to me, whereas last October there was no problem. If anyone has a solution?! Be careful, they’re going to lose customers!

Client since 2012, the payment in 4 installments was displayed today when I validated my payment, then I realized that I had forgotten an item. I went to add it to the cart and then the 4 installment payment option no longer appeared. I'm stuck paying in cash 458 euros or with the Cdiscount card which I have no interest in. Otherwise, you can go to hell. Here’s where we need it the most, and they put us in a tough spot. Too bad, I wanted to consume French, and now I'm going to Amazon in the US where the prices are about the same, or even cheaper. Sonic on Switch is 45 euros on Amazon, 49 euros on Cdiscount, 4 euros cheaper, and with Amazon, delivery is free over 25 euros, no need for a 29 euros annual subscription. Come on, screw you Cdiscount, you’ve disgusted me.

It seems that the 4-installment purchase offer without fees no longer exists, but not being able to find where to benefit from this misleading offer, it would force you to call a premium number noted at the bottom of this page in order to steal a little more money from you and to end up being told that they no longer offer the payment in 4 installments. A shame!!!!!

We are on 09/07/2019, I am trying to order on c.discount which offers payment in 4 installments but at the time of payment it is impossible. This can only be done with the c.discount card at will. I have been ordering from them for 10 years. So remove the payment in 4 installments then.

After all, it depends on what you are looking for. Honestly, I searched all the sites for my phone product and I checked the BOULANGER site to see if payment in 4 installments was an option and indeed they offer monthly payments just like on Cdiscount.
