Hello, I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive 6 days ago. This is the third time they've told me "your package has suffered a sorting error." Moreover, Colissimo is impossible to contact.

Have you tried calling them at 3631? Alternatively, you can file a complaint at https://aide.laposte.fr
Please check your email and your package tracking online at colissimo.fr as often as possible
