Good evening
I just noticed that €89 has been debited from my account by the company mentioned in the title.
Initially, I suspected an online scam that would be covered by my bank's insurance. I therefore filed a complaint with the gendarmerie, which is necessary to obtain a refund. However, according to the bank, it’s a different matter; this debit corresponds to a subscription that I supposedly initiated with the said company.
Is there any recourse? What should I do? Thank you for your advice.

Hello
This London Payment would actually be a payment platform operating for various online 'merchants.' So you can't know who is actually the beneficiary..
Did you think you were participating in a 'contest/raffle?
Did you believe you were getting a 'low-cost' offer online?
Did you 'prove' your majority by foolishly giving your card numbers?
Did you provide your card info in the past few weeks?
If so, please specify..
Generally, these 'charges' follow this kind of thing because one hasn't read the terms and conditions indicating a forthcoming 'subscription.'
Sometimes it may be the consequences of a 'hacked' PC (theft of card information).
In fact, according to the bank, it has nothing to do with that; this charge corresponds to a subscription that I must have contacted with the said company.
Does the bank have proof of this? Certainly not, as it could be a fraudulent operation committed by a third party.
Reminder: Article L133-18 of the CMF can be used to obtain an immediate and fee-free refund from the bank in cases where the operation is fraudulent (And only in this case!). No need for a 'complaint', a declaration is sufficient according to this Article..
See you soon
PS: It should be possible to identify the E-commerce/Service involved by contacting On Line Payment.

I bit and here is what happened: it was simply a subscription to I don't know what? As a result, an amount of €90.70 was deducted from my account. After checking my account, I was surprised and I do not want to continue this subscription. How can I stop all of this and also get refunded for the amount deducted? Thank you.
the same thing just happened to me, but I just clicked on the €1 thing, without going to the subscription of the service, and I still saw a charge of €29.90. Not only will I stop buying from Cdiscount, but I will also report this to the fraud department.
