Hello

There is a charge of €90 from e-capucine London on my account even though I haven't ordered anything! Can I get a refund or not?

Thank you

Hello,
I also just had a withdrawal of €90.70 from my bank account.
In fact, it was when I placed an order at LA REDOUTE that I received a message asking if I wanted to receive an espresso coffee maker for €1. Too good to be true!... I checked that I wanted to receive this coffee maker without paying attention that I was actually subscribing to Expresso-box.
I did receive an email confirming my subscription without reading further, but it mentioned that I had 15 days to retract.
I just sent them a retraction email and was told that my request was well registered and that I would have a refund of €90.70 within 15 days, although it didn't clearly specify that I had accepted the sales conditions.
It turns out the same mishap happened to you, and it might not be too late for you to retract.
To be continued.

Hello
Same reason, same punishment.
At the end of a purchase on the Cdiscount site (from my account), a pop-up for the coffee maker at €1 as a welcome gift. After clicking and entering my bank details, nothing happened. Six days later, my card was charged. I blocked it and BFORBank, my bank, is refunding me for the fraudulent transaction. However, Cdiscount pretends not to understand that it is through their system that e-capucine manages to get in... and sends me back to their coffee machine providers!!!
Cdiscount, for me it’s over.

Yes, log in to the E capucine site with your email and you will be redirected to the site where you paid the famous €1. Create your account on this site (for example: Nespresso box)
You can then email them to unsubscribe and remember the 14-day withdrawal period or call them at: 0185540166 (the Nespresso box site) and you will then obtain a refund.
