Hello,
I registered with Free on August 23 and my Freebox is stuck on step 4.
An incident ticket has been open since September 4, positioning test was okay on September 7, and since then nothing has changed except for an appointment with a technician in 10 days.
I have made several calls to 3244, threatening to cancel by Friday.
Can someone help me and maybe speed things up? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 45.0.2454.84

Hi!
It's probably a bad wiring issue on the FT side.
The TDP of 7 certainly indicates a continuity of your line, hence the necessary intervention at your place.
If you live in a building, the tech will reconnect your line to the right place. Otherwise, it will take a bit longer but it will be resolved anyway.
Canceling won't change anything; you'll encounter the same anomaly with another provider.
