Freebox stuck on step 4

Hello everyone.

I have been with Free for a few years now, but a week ago I went to Orange to change my subscription and they told me to plug in the Livebox once I received your message. However, my Freebox has been stuck on step 4 for a few days, so I tried plugging in Orange, but that doesn't work either.

    Hello,
    If your Freebox remains on step 4, it means there is a problem with ADSL; unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. You need to call a technician.
