Hello,
I am on Windows 7 and this morning I turned on my computer and it displays "loading, please wait" and the keyboard and mouse are frozen even at startup, making it impossible to access the BIOS or the recovery CD because the keyboard and mouse are stuck. I don't have a PS2 port and I don't know what to do anymore, which is why I am reaching out to you.

PS: I have an HP (a tower) from 2009.

    Hello, have you checked that your keyboard and mouse are working properly? If you can, try them on another computer. If they are wireless, check the batteries and the USB dongle for the mouse and keyboard. If they are wired, reconnect the cables.
