Exit sleep mode environmental charge

Hello,

I have a problem with my computer.

I had it running early in the day and we had a power outage, but unfortunately, the computer was still on.
I think the computer has suffered a shock and now it starts up and displays a page "Wake up environment loading" and I can't press enter or the arrow keys to start the computer.
I've already seen several possible solutions like the PS2 cable, but unfortunately, I don't have one.
Can anyone help me?

Thank you.

    Hello,

If your computer is a laptop with a removable battery, unplug your laptop from the power source, remove the battery, then press and hold the power button for two minutes, reinsert the battery, and restart your laptop.

If your computer is a desktop unplug it from the power source and remove the CR2032 button cell from the motherboard, then reinsert it, plug your computer back in, and turn it on.

Will this step reset my computer? In other words, will I lose the files inside my computer?

No, it's just a BIOS reset, nothing to do with the hard drive data.

I go back to what I said, I was in the BIOS and there was a parameter "Usb keyboard" that was disabled.

I set it to Enabled and the computer starts up properly, so I will let you know after it launches if everything is fine.
