Hello,
Normally, the headset's "beep-beep" sound is only heard when the battery is low. However, this signal occurs even when the headset is fully charged....it's quite "annoying"! Furthermore, it is impossible to properly adjust the bass and treble, with the bass dominating, making it very difficult to understand the lyrics at times. In short, I'm not really satisfied with this purchase...but maybe I'm missing a setting to adjust that I don't know about. Thanks if someone could help me!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 45.0.2454.85

Good evening
There are also beeps when pressing the "Tune" button in the center of the headset...
1 beep for channel 1, 2 for channel 2, and 3 for channel 3
As for the issues you are experiencing, have you tried changing the reception channel... because if another transmitter exists near you, there may be interference.
There is also a button on the base with a logo representing an ear... which helps improve "intelligibility"

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...
