No tone

Hello,
I just bought an ALCATEL
f330 phone and I have a problem, there is no
dial tone, so the person I'm calling can hear me
very well while I can't hear anything at all; if I get a call
it rings and the same goes for them hearing me, but I hear nothing.
Thank you for getting back to me if you have a solution.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 40.0

    Hello
    If your phone is connected to a box (livebox or others), try resetting the box... Turn off the power to it for a good ten seconds and turn it back on.
    After it has been rebooted, check that the issue is resolved.

      I tried unplugging the livebox

        By unplugging the Livebox, you mean cutting off the power supply... not disconnecting the phone line?

        Is the volume set correctly?
        In hands-free mode, you can't hear anything either?
        For adjusting the volume, see page 15 of the attached manual below.

        Having no other ideas regarding the causes of your problem, I advise you to return your device to the seller for an exchange or repair.
