Hello,
Since the last fiber internet disconnection, our Gigaset AS690 trio phone can no longer receive or make calls.
After multiple attempts, it was possible to make calls but there was no dial tone, just the incoming ring and no sounds.
Then I restored a phone on the base connected to the box.
Since the last manipulations, nothing works anymore.
Have you encountered this issue before?

You can consult the documentation for the Siemens Gigaset AS690 for settings (page 33) in the manual.
You can also "reset" the Handset and/or Base (Warning, loss of the directory, you will need to re-enter the numbers... Unless a handset has kept them, make a copy from one handset to another, page 22), for "resetting" see pages 36 and 37 of the manual.

As a first step, please reset your box.
To do this, cut the power to the box for one minute and then turn it back on.
Then restore a phone on the base connected to the box.
What do you mean by that?
What does the screen of the handset(s) display (the status bar, the top line on the screen) of the handset(s)?
