More ringtone options on GIGASET A510A

Question

Hello,  Although it seems to be working normally (the screen displays the time and date) and nothing else is displayed or blinking), we have no dial tone on our GIGASET A510A. We are no longer receiving calls and we cannot make calls.  What should we do?  Thank you for your help.  Configuration: Windows / Edge 14.14393

Thank you very much Baladur 13, Unfortunately, it's not working! The screen displays the dialed number, but there is no sound and the call doesn't go through. Any other ideas?

Hello, The handset should display the reception quality in the top left ====> and in the center the handset number (Int 1, 2, etc)  Check that the base is powered properly. That the telephone cable is well connected to the base and the phone line or box  Try removing the batteries from the handset for a few tens of seconds and then putting them back in.  If unsuccessful, you will need to try re-registering the handset on its base; see the procedure extracted from the manual page 43 (45 of the PDF below)  The manual ===> https://www.onedirect.fr/media/productfile/g/i/gigaset-a510-a510a-manuel-fr.pdf  It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.                              Especially when it's not there...
