Hello,
since yesterday, I can't print.
I changed the ink cartridges, that wasn't the issue.
The printing itself works since I can make a photocopy for example.
But printing a file from the PC doesn't work.
I can't even print a test page; it's stuck in the queue.
The icon for the file to print is a default icon (icon with a blue bar and 3 colored dots underneath).
I have no error message in the device manager.
Can someone help me?

Hello....
Is this printer set as the default in "printers"?
And when you try to print, is this the one that is presented to you?
How many printers do you have in "printers"?
When you plug it in, do you hear the "USB device added" sound or not?
