My FTP has a problem!

Hello,
It's been a day since this started happening. Yesterday afternoon my site began to glitch and then it really crashed!
Then, during this bug, I went onto my FTP, and there, bad surprises,
the FTP responses are:
Command: USER uXXXXXXX
Response: 331 User uxXXXXXXX OK. Password required
Command: PASS *******
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Unable to establish a connection to the server
Then just before that it says:
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
So from what I've learned, TLS is a security feature, but I can't connect to my FTP at all!
But what's ridiculous is that I can access my site but not the FTP, and my host says I don't have an FTP account!
Please help me because this is really getting out of hand!
(Instead of the numbers, I've put XXXX to avoid any issues!)
(My site is hosted with Hostinger! I don't think it's a good host!)

Error: Connection interrupted after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Unable to establish a connection to the server
(I replaced the numbers with XXXX!)
Otherwise, I'm afraid I can't assist you further as I'm not familiar with your hosting provider; perhaps a member of this forum can help you more.

Thank you for your help, but I just learned that my host has destroyed all FTP accounts and has created an online FTP system (which is less convenient!).

"FTP access has been temporarily disabled until September 7 for free hosting clients, please use our file manager to transfer your files or upgrade your plan for instant FTP access."
Anyway, I'm not giving them any thumbs up!!!!
