Error: FTP Connection with Filezilla

Hello,

With Filezilla (which I trust), I always receive the same response:
Error: Connection aborted: ECONNABORTED - Connection canceled
Error: Unable to retrieve the contents of the folder

When I try in portable version at my daughter's house, everything works correctly!
The accounts/servers of the sites are therefore correctly configured, so it is a Windows 10 issue or a Proximus router issue...!

    Thank you for the response, but I have of course already tried... I think the issue comes from Windows or the router!
