Hello,

Is there a free ADOBE READER software? Just to fill out or modify a document and sign it.

    Hello,

    Acrobat Reader is free (but very heavy).

    Forms can of course only be filled if they are fillable.

    Almost all PDF viewers allow you to attach a signature (with no legal value as long as they do not go through an approved third-party platform) and to add comments, but not modify a PDF, which is the prerogative of paid PDF editors (and provided the PDF is editable, not an image).
