Hello,

I have a problem since the update to Windows 10, my touchpad is not working. I can still navigate without any problems with a USB mouse. I checked the settings (Windows key -> Settings -> Devices -> Mouse and Touchpad) but I didn’t find anything that could be preventing the touchpad from working, which is still an issue for a laptop...

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 44.0.2403.125

Hello, I went to the Acer website and I managed to fix the issue:
go to this link: http://www.acer.fr/ac/fr/FR/content/drivers
enter your serial number to search for the drivers
download one of the available drivers for the touchpad
install it
restart the PC
There you go, the touchpad works again. Hoping to have solved the problem.

Hi sadmistake, which driver did you download because there’s one from 2013 for the Elantech touchpad and the other driver for the Synaptics touchpad is also from 06/05/2013.
