Hello,
I have a Galaxy S4 (Samsung) and when I plug it in to charge, the battery discharges instead and I receive a notification asking me to download a certain application (power sharing, which I can't find anywhere) that would allow me to control the charge sharing. I think it's a virus, I don't understand anything :/

I will back up my data, my applications, my contacts... Once that is done, you can consider a hard reset that restores the phone to its original state as when purchased.
You will then need to restore your contacts and applications on your phone.
The charging icon that does not display correctly can also occur due to a loose connection at the charger port. Check for dust inside; be very careful not to damage it in any case! That little port is FRAGILE!
