IMAP password "Wanadoo" Solved

Question

Hello,   I just bought an iPhone 5 and, to check my emails, I am being asked for the password for the IMAP account "Wanadoo".  I don’t know where to find it, I’m not good with computers!  Thank you in advance for your replies.

Hi, the password that the iPhone is asking for is the password for your Orange email account, it's the same password that you use when you want to check your Orange emails online. Fred.ml

Thank you, Fred. I've tried all the known passwords, and since I only check my emails on my computer, I don't know the password. I would like to change it, I've been searching since this morning, and I'm going to call Orange for the third time. Thank you for your response.

How do you check your emails on the computer? Through the internet or a software like Outlook? On the internet by typing "orange mail", I went to the orange mailbox site and you have to log in, but there is the option for lost password and apparently they can send it to your mobile phone (provided that your mobile number is registered in your account)

Uh, aren't the messages we receive on the computer emails? Via the inboxes like IncrediMail.  I also need a "lost" password, and at Orange (telephone), they managed to create one for me, but I have to go to the Orange store to sort all that out. Have a good evening, Fred.
