How to recover my orange email box

Hello. I lost my Orange email account that I set up about ten years ago on an Orange mobile phone. Later, I got an Orange Box that my daughter configured, and she is the user with her own email account, and my email was also there. Recently, I left Orange only for mobile and switched to Free. Two days later, I no longer had my email account. I can't connect (incorrect username or password), and there is obvious reluctance from Orange support.
