Hello everyone, I'm presenting my problem: I have a wireless slim duo 2 keyboard from EssentielB that I got with a mouse. The mouse wasn't working anymore, so I replaced it with my father's mouse, and it works. But my keyboard just gave up right after. I checked in the device manager, and it's not even listed. I changed the batteries, but it still doesn't work.
Please help me!

    Hello.

    Was the keyboard and mouse a package deal?
    If so, please check that the USB adapter used to connect these two devices is still plugged into the computer. It is likely that this adapter managed both the mouse and the keyboard, and that you unplugged it thinking it was only for the mouse.

      Thank you very much! I no longer have the keyboard problem, but as for the mouse, I still don't know what to do with it...

        No problem.
        For the mouse, please note that you can use another one while still using the wireless keyboard. It will just take up an additional USB port...

      Yes, I connected it to 2 different USB ports at the back of my monitor (all-in-one computer).
