Hello,

I’ve been having a bit of an annoying issue for the past few days; an exclamation mark has appeared in my task manager under the name: Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failure).

I’ve seen on the forum that others have had this problem, but the solutions provided haven’t worked for me.

Every time I start up or wake Windows from sleep, a message appears to notify me of the error with this device, which is quite irritating :x

Do you have any solutions to resolve this issue?

Hello
Check by chance in the System Restore if you have any restore points.
If so! Restore your PC to a date prior to your issue.

PS. Frequently create a restore point! It resolves quite a few problems.
