I ordered a Roberta Minnelli bag for 79 euros that I received in April. I wore this bag 3 times, the handles don't hold and the closure even less. I called the showroom, and of course the 14 days had passed, but the person on the phone told me she would do what was necessary with her supplier after I sent her photos. A voucher for 15 euros, and for them the matter is settled, but not for me; I'm not asking for charity, especially since I order quite often. Several emails have been sent and silence from the showroom. So I think I will have this bag checked by the fraud prevention agency to confirm these anomalies because honestly, 79 euros for a bag I can't wear? If I had bought it in a store, they would take it back or repair the closures or refund me. So beware, don't buy this brand because if I was taken for a fool, avoid being one too. I'm also starting to find showroom private not close enough to buyers, so enough is enough!!

You can go to a store selling this type of item and check if it is 'authentic'. SRP has been repeatedly reported for selling 'things' that seem to be quite counterfeit..
Is the selling price close to the prices practiced in stores?
If counterfeiting is proven, report it to the DDPP and also to the Customs Service.

I am involving the fraud department. I went on the Roberta Minelli website and saw the blue bag 1091 valued at 299 euros. I wrote to the contact infostorebrands VIP, a certain Philipp Mazzei is currently checking with my invoice on the showroom if it is indeed authentic. Not having received any response yet, I called the fraud department and I am preparing a file that they requested. I will not fail to report this forum where several people have been scammed by the showroom. I will keep you updated on the outcome.
