GTA V: Hidden Money Package

Hello everyone, so here it is, I have a problem regarding the hidden money packages, there are 12 and I find 0 apart from the one in the Altruist camp that I haven't visited yet. All the other packages are in the water, but it turns out I see nothing, no briefcase or money bag in sight with Michael, the first one who is in Paleto Bay, is in front of the plane queue that emerges, but I see nothing. The 2nd is near Mount Gordo behind a small plane but again I see nothing at all. The 3rd, which is even simpler, is inside a small blue trailer attached to the wreck of the truck near the human lab and again disappointment of finding nothing except sticky bombs. So do you know how to collect these 12 packages and do I need to use a specific character or not?

      Thank you, Judge, but I have already watched this video and there is nothing in the indicated places. I wonder if the issue is due to the recent update on June 10, 2015, version 372 and version 1.27 for online. Since then, I have been encountering problems such as a lack of packages in the marine font.
