Hello,
I know about applications to record phone conversations.
But is there a way to prevent someone from recording us without our knowledge?

    So how is it that the application I use works perfectly except for one number, always the same, for which the registration does not go through?

      It all depends on the application; normally, in its settings, you should be able to impose this kind of restriction for a particular contact or even several.
