I bought some polo shirts for my husband at LightInTheBox, but unfortunately they are too small. I would like to return them, but the return site is in English and I don't understand English. It's a shame because they are very nice and we are disappointed. Do you have an address where I could contact them for a refund and the return?

Unable to access my account. They intentionally messed up my email address, I'm sure of it, and I can't get in touch with them.
It's a real scam because the clothes are poorly fitted and the fabric doesn't match what is shown in the photos.
It's a scandal. Everything is designed to prevent you from contacting them and being able to return the items.
I strongly advise you not to order anything from this site.

For a return, check with the site while being assisted by someone who has a minimum of English proficiency.

But generally, returns to China are long and expensive. Moreover, there is no guarantee of receiving anything in return (radio silence, lost polos that are not replaced). Not to mention the re-shipping costs.

  Your post confirms the recurring observation that ordering offshore comes with risks for clothing or shoes:
  
  No shipping or sometimes customs seizure
  Wrong item..
  Incomplete order.
  Wrong size. (Chinese morphology is different from that of Europeans and even more so from that of predominantly 'large' U.S. sizes!).
  Wrong color.
  Allergy issues.
  Unforeseen costs (20% VAT + sometimes forwarding fees..).
  
  Personally, I never order this kind of items from China but for 'technical' items from selected sellers, yes.. And through eBay..

They don't have an address, even in China. I asked them and never received a reply. They clearly want to discourage consumers from returning a product, which I explicitly requested. This site is a scam, beware! I filed a dispute with PayPal and I'm awaiting their response. Not getting my hopes up...
