Hello everyone, I made a purchase three weeks ago on AliExpress, and it's only now that it shows in the shipping details that the shipment of the product has been canceled by the seller. I had already sent him messages to ask why the shipment hadn't been made yet, and he told me to be patient while giving me the tracking number for the product.
So I opened a dispute for the refund of my money, and it was accepted by the site (but I haven't received the refund yet).
I would like to leave a negative review for this seller who apparently has very good ratings, but I can't find out how to do it.
Generally, you can leave a review after receiving the product.
Does anyone know how to leave a negative comment in this case?

Hello everyone.
Beware of this site, there is no customer service.
I ordered a GPS car radio for a BMW X1 in November 2017.
It cost €420.
Unfortunately, it was sent via Chronopost, so I had to pay customs fees and, of course, the Chronopost service handling the clearance a total of €120.
After 2 months, the device broke down.
There’s no way to reach the seller, and Aliexpress gives you false hope with answers that never come.
For the past 8 months, I've been contacting them regularly knowing my case is hopeless.
How to lose €540....

On AliExpress, even if we don't receive the product (which is becoming more and more frequent at least for me, who has been ordering for over 10 years, I'm getting tired of their inaction, especially since they don't refund easily anymore, if at all), yes, we can leave a comment. The only downside is that I don't know how our friends from the East (Russia and others) manage to post a second comment on the product after a first comment, whether it's good or bad.

Once logged into your account, click on "my aliexpress", then on the left side of the page, "manage my reviews", and then click on the 3rd tab, which is "your reviews".
There, you will have all your posted reviews, and the possibility, depending on the number of remaining days, to add a second one.

Indeed, Ali Express is a scam site because it is impossible to leave a comment on their site except for positive ones. They have millions of disputes that they do not manage, so poor customers always lose and are never compensated!!! So really avoid the site.

AliExpress is very good for cheap products (limited financial risk) and without too much technology (since nothing works).
A plastic toy, a phone case, a Rubik's cube, or a party decoration is fine (just make sure to place the order several months in advance), at two euros per item, it's worth a shot, it can't not work, it might be of very average quality (but sometimes we have exactly the same item in France for ten times the price).
If it's technical or expensive, it's an additional risk to take.

In terms of guarantees, none, if you are not delivered, you are not delivered, don't count on a refund, if it happens consider it a gift.

I am in a dispute with a seller for a product that is not arriving, after 10 emails, I still get the same responses, "please wait," the storm problems slowing down the boat (for 6 months), I'm familiar with that.
My children's play kitchen item, I will never have it, I'm trying for a refund just as a matter of principle, but I will never receive anything, neither the item nor my refund.
My order of 1.54 euros, shipping included, is lost, nothing serious.

However, I would never place an order for a product worth 400 euros like an internet user mentioned earlier.
As some say, it's a lottery (where you often win anyway), but I don't play more than a few euros in the lottery.

I ordered an item on AliExpress that worked for two days. AliExpress is turning a deaf ear to my refund request and the seller (who seems more like a scammer) is treating me like an idiot by citing a bunch of invalid reasons.
I posted proof, photos, clear and precise explanations about the problem encountered, all in English. Well, here we are a month later and still nothing. AliExpress is a money-making machine that has no regard for its customers.
This will be my last purchase with them.

Once again, a sales site drowning in positive reviews, which for me is a complete scam. I ordered 3 different items weeks ago: one of these items was delivered in 3 instead of 2 copies, and the other 2 items ordered in double copies are missing. No customer service available, which amounts to a scam of about forty euros! Good evening. Be careful, do not buy. I paid 70 euros to return a small drone. I have been waiting for the promised refund for 3 weeks because my package is stuck in customs in China, as the seller has not retrieved it. The return fees are very high, so do not return it.

The post office in France confirmed to me that many of us are being scammed. I have never had any issues with Amazon, but with AliExpress, they are crooks, to be avoided and to be publicized.

PS you have no recourse possible with China....

I placed an order on AliExpress that never arrived. It was last November and since then, I've been stuck in a deaf dialogue with customer service. According to them, the transport ship is caught in a storm (it's true, I'm not lying!) and I need to be patient... I won't even mention the responses: dear customer, please be patient, this happens... 5 months!!! They're messing with me!!

I wanted to share my experience with ALIEXPRESS, it's organized theft; they make you believe that you have customer security and that you can request an extension of your protection period, but in reality, it's false because if you request an extension of your protection period, the seller can very well refuse, and you end up in deep trouble.

So you decide to open a dispute since your seller is dishonest and does not respond, and surprise, after struggling to write everything in English and waiting for hours to upload the video, the button doesn't work, it's impossible to file a dispute!!!!! I tried again about twenty times and it doesn't work!!! So you look for a way to contact customer service, but surprise, there are only robots, it's impossible to reach anyone, not even by email.

You've been stolen because you believed their propaganda that makes you think that there is buyer protection but in truth, there is nothing at all.

So it's theft, the sellers know it and take advantage of it. Unless you spot honest sellers and only buy from them, this is definitely a store to avoid!!!! Moreover, this is the first time I have had so many disappointments on a sales site, I understand why the buyer is not protected at all!!!!

Disputes are not taken into account at all. It's impossible to make yourself understood because all their letters and exchanges are in English, and if you don't speak the language, you're in deep trouble. The bottom line is, you give up and try to resell what you bought on Vinted. Moreover, the sizes do not correspond at all to European sizes.

They've blocked my account and I can't log in? Pathetic, I've tried every means but it doesn't work!!!! I think I'm going to put an end to this site, they have a really crappy account access system, they really don't care about the customer. Plus, they tell me that I have abnormal activity on my account, I have pending orders so I go on my account often to rate the sellers and check delivery times. I am not satisfied at all..........

I was totally scammed by AliExpress customer service.
I bought a defective tablet for which I paid an additional €50 in taxes (Belgium!)
I asked to be refunded without returning it (otherwise I have to pay shipping for a useless item)
Customer service, the 7 times I had to contact them, absolutely wanted to help me and took my problem to heart (lol)
They guided me through the steps to tell me what to do to get to the end.
The last step was to wait the 10-day deadline to appeal the decision and that they would be there to support my request.
It's the 11th day and "oh well sorry, it's too late to do anything."
They pretended, at each step, to want to help me and that they would contact the seller who is "obliged to follow AliExpress rules" but nothing was done and the seller no longer responded to my emails and now doesn't exist anymore.
So, I have a tablet that doesn’t work and lost over €150 with no guarantee.
I paid more than in store for nothing!
AliExpress isn't worth it anymore. There are less disappointing tablets in stores and AliExpress are crooks (although I haven't always been disappointed...)

Aliexpress? Huge scam, a tip: always pay with PayPal. I ordered a smartphone in February, tracked my package for a while, and then it went missing between Belgium and France. After that, I was supposedly told the package had been delivered. All a bunch of crooks. They treated me like a ping-pong ball. I contacted PayPal and they refunded me in no time. There you go.
