Delete a Light in the Box account

Hello everyone,

I have tried to delete my account from the Light in the Box website but have found no way to do so. In the Privacy section, there is mention of the possibility of deactivating one's account, but the process is obviously not indicated. Furthermore, it is only possible to contact the company online for orders and in English, which makes it difficult (impossible in my case) to get in touch.

Yes, the admins neither delete accounts nor the comments we make and that we want to delete; however, if we send a negative comment on an article, they don't publish it!!!
I do not recommend this site.
