Hello,
I have had a multi-function Dsm 620d for several years (10 years). For a few days now, I have been experiencing repeated paper jams.
I contacted Ricoh, who informed me that whatever the issues are
+ Service fee of €300
+ Parts between €300...€600... maybe more! (Their policy is that of a manufacturer, and I thank them for informing me before starting the intervention).
Does anyone know this equipment well enough to help with a more suitable troubleshooting?

Hello,
Paper jams on an older printer are often due to wear on the paper feed rollers. This happened to my laser printer. I managed to find a set of rollers online for just a few euros and my printer is like new again.
