Ricoh toner replacement issue: always shows empty.

Hello,
I have a problem with my RICOH AFICIO MP C2000 photocopier. I changed the yellow toner with an original Ricoh one, but the following message is still displayed:
out of toner, replace yellow toner cartridge

can someone help me
