Hello everyone,

if someone can help me solve this problem:
when I export the configuration files from the Centreon monitoring engine, it shows me "Moving files... NOK (Could not write to file 'cgi.cfg' for monitoring engine 'default'. Please add writing permissions for the webserver's user)
Aborted."

    Well, the problem seems clear to me:
    Could not write to file 'cgi.cfg' for monitoring engine 'default'. Please add writing permissions for the webserver's user

    It cannot write the file "cgi.cfg" for the "default" monitoring because it does not have the permissions, and it is therefore requesting to add permissions for the "webserver" user.

    Otherwise, there are previous topics that address a similar issue on their forums... just do a Google search:

    Otherwise, it's probably a real permission issue on the files or something else.
