[Tablet] Touch Tablet 10 that won’t turn on!

Hello, good evening

I have a big problem with my brother's tablet, which is a Touch Tablet 10 (I don't know the exact model name at the moment...)
Yesterday, I was doing a system update and, as expected, the tablet requested a restart to carry out the update. At first, everything was going well; we could see the progress bar and the Android logo. Then I stepped away for a bit and when I came back, surprise! The screen was completely black and it was impossible to turn on. When charging, the battery level does not display, but the blue light indicating that power is on is lit!
If anyone has encountered this kind of situation or knows what to do, you would be welcome here!

Hi,

Was the tablet plugged into the electrical outlet or at 100% charge for the update?

Because if it turned off (ran out of battery) during the update, that's bad.

No operating system left on it, so we'll have to return it for service to have it reinstalled.

Well, it had 15% left, but it was plugged in before AND during the update.

It's possible that the tablet consumes more than what the charger can provide, so it ran down to zero even while plugged in.

If I were you, I would contact customer service.
