"The application launcher has stopped."

Hello,

I have a Wiko Lenny 2 and a persistent message says "Application launcher has stopped." I can't figure out what the problem is.
First, I looked on a few websites; there were many similar issues to mine, but the people in question knew which application was causing the problem while I do not.
I've been going in circles for several hours; I turn it off, remove the battery, restart it, but none of that helps. I can access applications either by quickly tapping on them before the message returns or by going through the settings and launching the desired application.

If you have any solutions (simple ones if possible), I would be happy to read them.

I have the same problem on the same phone but I can't access the settings, if anyone has a solution.

You need to go to Applications / Application Launcher. Clear the cache and data. I had the same problem on Wiko.
