Hello,
I recently bought a new PC running Windows 10, and I have a problem: I can see 2 icons (apparently a microphone and a refresh icon, see screenshot below) in the lower right corner of the screen, which are always on top of the taskbar, even when I watch a video in full screen, but they are not visible when I launch a game. I cannot click on them or move them, nor can I close them obviously. I have no idea which program they might come from, and they do not originate from the screen itself as they also appear on the TV when I use it as an output. It's starting to drive me crazy.. does anyone have any idea?? Thanks in advance.

Good evening,
This is actually the GeForce Nvidia ShadowPlay icon that allows you to record your screen and share it.
Open GeForce Experience ShadowPlay
Then in settings/general
Disable "Sharing"

dogzy1, did you find the parameter?
It's on this software:
https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/geforce/geforce-experience/shadowplay/
A little feedback would be appreciated...
