There's no paper in my printer... according to the computer!

Hello, I'm encountering a little problem since yesterday.

When I try to start a print job, my computer tells me that my printer is out of paper.
Weird, considering there are about ten sheets in it.

I initiated a text print (Color + Cancel) and the printing works fine.
Even weirder, when I plug my printer into another computer, it prints normally.

The problem is that my computer is really stubborn, and it doesn't want to be wrong; it refuses to admit that my printer has paper! (the jealous one!).

More seriously, I deleted the printer from my PC and re-added it, but still the same result.
I thought maybe I should completely remove everything (drivers, etc.), but I don't know how to do that. I'm not even sure that this method will work.

Anyway, I don't know what to do anymore, and I really need help.
Thanks for your future replies! ;)

    Hi,
it's not the PC that creates the paper shortage, it's the printer that sends false information.
check the paper presence sensor in the paper tray.

Oh yes, I hadn't thought of it that way.
I checked the paper, I took some out and put new ones in, but it's still the same result. The problem is that the printer works on the other computer. So I don't see what’s wrong :/
