Hello,
About a year ago, I bought an HP Photosmart printer and there was already a problem with the colors (it wouldn't print), so I had it exchanged immediately. Everything was working fine but today, it no longer wants to print yellow.
When I run a color print, the cyan and magenta work perfectly but the yellow is completely absent. However, the printer detects the cartridge but does not use it in the prints, which means the colors are not accurate in the output. I have done print tests, cleaned the print heads, and even changed the cartridge but nothing works. And all of this is wasting a lot of ink from the other colors.
Do you have any idea what might be wrong?
