Printer no longer prints after the test page.

Hello,

I am explaining my issue to you.
I have had a Lexmark X2500 multifunction printer for a few years.
It has always worked well.

I used it several times this summer to scan.
But when I tried to use it with my PC to print, I first faced driver issues.

Once resolved, I printed a test page, in color and B&W.
However, now it doesn't print at all or only partially (just a header).
It is indeed well connected to the PC and still scans properly, which rules out a problem with clogged nozzles or print heads.

Do you have a solution?
Does the issue come from the drivers? (I used Vista drivers, as Lexmark no longer provides Windows 7 drivers for this model)
Is there any setting to adjust?

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 14.0.1

    Hello;

    If I'm not mistaken, there is indeed a complete version of the drivers for Windows 7 available on the Lexmark site, with a reference different from that of Vista
    See this link
    But I'm not sure that this will solve your problem since you wrote that this printer worked with the Vista drivers??

    Thank you for kindly coming back to the Forum to let us know if your problem is resolved or not >> Best regards
