Hello
I ordered a package that arrived in France 4 days ago. The postal status says "in processing" with the name of my city, but it's been saying that every day since 04/04/2015. And there's still no sign of the mailman. How can I explain this?

  It has happened to me several times with the Colissimo service, they don't listen.
  I am told that the packages have been dropped in the mailbox, but I haven't received anything. I think some of their delivery drivers are stealing the packages.
  I explained the situation to them, but they only say it is delivered without any proof!
  I'm honestly fed up, do not use their services, as there is no reimbursement for the damage.
  Colissimo's customer service has no regard for customers and does not conduct thorough investigations.
