Hello,
On my phone screens, the "message waiting" indicator was flashing
continuously. I unsubscribed from both devices. The indicator went off.
Now I'm trying to reset it - impossible, the unsubscribe indicator is flashing. I tried
to call from my mobile, the landline does not ring.

I don’t know how to resolve this.
The phone is an essential tool, so I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

Good evening,
It seems there is something new. The device's user manual said, "if DESOUSCRIT" appears on the screen, follow the device subscription procedure."
I followed the procedure. At first, the indicator light for a waiting call started flashing, it was back to square one! I deleted the entire call list, and the light went out.
My first name + handset displayed.
Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed further with the test as the batteries were dead. I will wait for them to charge enough and call myself from my mobile.
I will let you know what happens.
Have a good evening.
Best regards.

PS: There is no indicator light on my base, just the handset search button.

I tried and when I got to the country selection, the response was
"impossible". Back in standby, "unsubscribed" is still blinking on
the screen.
I think it’s better if I buy another device—do you have a
more reliable brand to recommend?
Thank you again for trying to help me.

Best regards.

Hello...

If both are "unsubscribed," you probably need to restart their subscription from the beginning, just like when they were new... give it a try
Best regards,
See you later

Hello,
Thank you for responding so quickly.
OK. I need to reinstall the phones like the first time.
To do this, should I disconnect it from the box or not? I tried to
reset it, but the response is "impossible." I should also mention that I
no longer have a France Télécom subscription, I only have ADSL.
See you later

What needs to be redone is the pairing between the base and the handsets, the line doesn't matter much...
Unplug all the devices from the power outlet, first plug in the base, then the handsets... they should search for the base automatically, otherwise, press the "paging" button on the base, the one used to locate the handsets, then in the handsets menu, go to "subscribe", or "pair", or "register", it depends on the brands...

Hi,
What do you mean by "unplug all devices from the power source"?

Indeed, only the base needs to be disconnected; for the mobiles, it's enough to remove the batteries for 2 minutes and then put them back after reconnecting the base to the power supply.

In my opinion, you need to remove the batteries for a while, unplug the base, and restart the setup... he needs to lose his memory! ;)
Otherwise, personally, I have Siemens Gigaset phones that I am very happy with, but I also had Philips ones that worked very well....
Did you press the paging until you got a beep or the flashing of a diode on the base?

Good news, everything is back to normal for one of the devices
I'm waiting for the battery recharge to do the same with the second.
A big thank you to you for taking care of my problem.
The issue is therefore resolved.

Best regards.

Content for you......
If there is no light on the base, it is likely that a beep will sound when you hold down the paging button for a while, but if it worked for one, it will be the same for the other.... in principle! ;)
Have a good evening,
