No problem with the phone that is on the base, but the 2nd one is not charging. What’s going on? Thank you in advance.

It provides nothing more. The batteries have charged perfectly, and I think the problem is purely software-related; this handset no longer responds, it just keeps flashing... next time I won't choose a Philips phone, it's too fragile...

Identical problem with my two CD 565 duo handsets,
with new charged batteries, they no longer reconnect to their base.
Flashing once at startup and then turning off.

Personally, having tried a bit of all the brands, I think Siemens are among the best, but well... that's ONLY MY opinion...! ;)
      See you!

    Hello...

Reverse the two, you'll see if it comes from the chargers or the mobiles...

    Best regards,

As-tu toujours le même problème ? Si non, peux-tu dire ce que tu as fait parce que je rencontre le même problème.

Hello, I have the same problem since yesterday. The first handset works normally, but the second one on the small base in the bedroom has started to act up! It no longer displays anything and keeps blinking non-stop! I've tested everything! The base is good, the batteries are good, I tried to reset it by removing and reinserting the batteries, but nothing works, the screen lights up and remains desperately blank. When I place it back on the base, it no longer makes its little control beep to indicate that everything is okay!... I'm disappointed, usually with Philips I seldom have problems, and this handset is not old, just March 2010...

Hello, I have exactly the same problem with my CD560: (
It seems to be common, if not systematic, after a period of use. This really tarnishes the image of this brand, which is losing its reputation for reliability. If I were their sales director, I would have set up a blog offering a free replacement for this model a long time ago!

You’re talking about "batteries"... I suppose you mean "batteries"?!
Try using alkaline batteries WITHOUT PUTTING THE MOBILE BACK ON THE DOCK, just to see what it’s like....

    See you later

In other words, blinking is "on"/"off"?--
