Hello,
I have a Philips CD 440 phone, connected to an AOLbox,
the phone's clock is running fast: it gains 1 minute per week.
And when I try to adjust the time, it displays "set date" then "impossible" and it goes back to the previous menu.
So it is impossible to set the time.
Does anyone have the same problem?
What did you do?
Thanks +++

Hello
I would like to know about my Philips CD 440 phone
This is what happens when someone calls me: I answer and then the conversation ends
The time is set two hours ahead
If someone could reply to me about this
Thank you. -
Hello,
I just bought the Philips CD 440 Duo and I have exactly the same problem.
As soon as I receive a call, the clock is off by 2 hours.
If anyone has a solution or a tip.
Thank you. -
same problem of a 2-hour time difference after receiving a call
I’m also looking for a trick or solution. -
I have been having the same problem for some time now and no matter what I do, I can't set the time correctly. If someone could give me a solution to this problem, I would appreciate it.

It is a software bug for the product.
I bought another one (replacement) and the same symptoms since around March 2008.
I have a friend who worked for Philips and who confirms the possibility of a bug in the calendar management.
If it is guaranteed, ask for an exchange but for another one...
It's a pity because I find it superb.
@ unless someone has found a workaround? -
I own a CD 440 but cannot reset the time. Every time the clock changes, I am unable to set it back to the correct time.
Thank you for your help.
