Orange decoder connected to a Samsung screen, no sound!

Good evening
I have an Orange decoder connected to a Samsung screen via HDMI, and all of a sudden I only have the picture and no sound when I turn it on. When I unplug the decoder electrically, the sound comes back, but if I turn off the TV and the decoder again and then turn them back on, the sound disappears again, which forces me to restart the decoder!!
I also have a Blu-ray player connected to my Samsung screen, which now also has no sound, only the picture, and this problem happened all of a sudden!!
Could someone tell me what the problem might be

We changed the TV decoder and still no sound.
I contacted Orange's technical support again.
The problem comes from a setting regarding HDMI.
Steps to follow:
Turn off the Orange TV decoder using the switch on the back panel.
Go to the Samsung TV menu.
In picture settings, select picture option
Then UHD HDMI and you need to DISABLE HDMI 1 (specifically the HDMI port to which your Orange TV decoder is connected). In our case, we had it plugged into 1.
And there you go, problem solved!!!
