T32 Error on Orange Remote Control

Hello,
I just installed a new Livebox and 2 UHD TV decoders for multiTV.
The remote controls are impossible to pair.
I spent 3 times 3/4 hours with Orange for this T32 issue with no results....
Can anyone give me the solution?

    Hello,
    I had the same problem, struggled for 2 days and found the solution by putting 2 layers of paper on the batteries to ensure they make good contact.

      Thank you BA76, the batteries were good, I also checked the blades and it works well.

      It's easier once the batteries are removed using a hook-like tool to pull the two tabs upwards to lift them!
