T32 Error on Orange Remote Control Solved

Question

Hello,
I just installed a new Livebox and 2 UHD TV decoders for multiTV.
The remote controls are impossible to pair.
I spent 3 times 3/4 hours with Orange for this T32 issue with no results....
Can anyone give me the solution?

Hello, I had the same problem, struggled for 2 days and found the solution by putting 2 layers of paper on the batteries to ensure they make good contact.

Good evening,
Thank you for your quick response, I have already tried these troubleshooting steps without success. I spent a lot of time with the Orange customer service, they tried every possible solution but to no avail as they are not very familiar with this decoder that was released a month ago (a nice excuse).
So, I’m awaiting solutions...

Good evening
6 hours of contact with Orange customer service.. who didn't know the product very well. I found the solution myself
Pair one of the decoders and turn it off, then pair the second one, otherwise the box can't pair the 2 decoders at the same time.
