Question

Hi everyone,
Here is my problem, since yesterday, the screen of my TV is pink and there is no sound. This is happening only on the channels from the SFR decoder.

How can I get the colors back to normal and the sound?

have you tried another connection mode Box >TV are you using Scart? (analog) are you using HDMI? (digital) because it changes the mode "troubleshooting" of course you have checked your connections and your box settings that might have been changed by an unexpected update?

Just to let you know about the Freebox HD, there is an AV/TV button on the remote control. If your TV is connected via SCART, you need to press this button; otherwise, you'll indeed get a picture in a weird color!
The best solution is to connect an HDMI cable
the advantage is that it carries "HD" when available, as well as SD (medium and low bitrate), and there’s only one cable left (digital audio and video) the only downside is that HDMI doesn’t switch the TV on automatically; you need to press the AV/TV button in HDMI mode (better to check the TV manual)
