Blue screen while playing LoL

Hello,
For some time (about a month?), I've been experiencing regular blue screens of death in Windows when playing League of Legends (LoL). By regularly, I mean about every fifteen minutes, which prevents me from playing (being disconnected twice per game for 5 minutes is quite a handicap).
For your information, my configuration: Windows 7, updated via Windows Update, with an Intel Core i5, a nVidia GT 555M, and 4 GB of RAM. Until now, I had been playing LoL and other games (Civilization V, Hearthstone) without any issues, and those other games continue to run well.
When I get the blue screen, I’ve noted that it displays: STOP: 0x00000116 and below nvkflt.sys - Address FFFFF 880018 ... I will try to be proactive and take a photo the next time it happens if possible.
After a quick search on this error code, I understand that it's related to the graphics card or its driver. So, I reinstalled the nVidia driver from the nVidia website and uninstalled and reinstalled LoL, but I'm still having the same problem.
At one point, I considered the possibility of overheating, so I downloaded SpeedFan and checked. When I play LoL, my cores generally show around 80°, which seems hot to me, but during games of Civilization V, I reach 90° without any blue screen or interruption of any kind, so I don't think that’s the cause.
Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone had any leads on this subject, and even if there is no obvious solution, I would greatly appreciate anything that could help me understand where this problem is coming from.
Thanks in advance!

Hey,
I invite you to download Display Driver Uninstaller here, then restart your computer in safe mode to use the software.
Choose "NVIDIA" from the drop-down menu at the top, and click on the "Clean and Restart" button.
If everything goes well, your graphics driver should be completely uninstalled. I then invite you to manually download your driver here by making sure to choose your graphics card and your operating system, and install it on your computer.
Even if you have already reinstalled your drivers, I still ask you to do it again using this procedure. Better safe than sorry.

I downloaded DDU and the corresponding nVidia driver, restarted in safe mode, performed the clean and restart of DDU, installed the nVidia driver after the computer restarted in normal mode. I had to restart once more to complete the driver installation. I will try to launch a game of LoL to see if the problem has disappeared.

Okay, keep me posted.
Well, I almost believed it, since during my first part I didn't have a blue screen. However, during my second part, I had a blue screen, with what I think was the same message (I wasn't quick enough to take a photo of it unfortunately).
Go to the site www.ma-config.com, click on "start detection".
Install the plugin, and start the detection. Once finished, click at the top on "Share" and send me the link.

Hey, no need to send me the private message link.
Right-click on Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings > Advanced system settings > In Startup and Recovery Settings > Check the box "Write an event to the system log". Once that's done, scan my config again and send me a link.

Hey, sorry for the delay, no other idea. If the problem is specific to LoL, you might as well contact LoL support here. If the issue comes from the game, they will be the most qualified to address your problem.
If you end up getting nowhere with them, you could try installing a new Windows in Dual Boot (you can find tutorials online), reinstall LoL on that, and test if it works. If it doesn't work, the problem will come from the PC and not from Windows.

No worries about the delay, douky70, and thanks for your help.
As the issue doesn't specifically come from LoL (I'm getting the blue screen on other games), I'm afraid it might be a problem with the graphics card. So I'm looking into changing my PC since it seems very complicated/expensive to change the graphics card in a laptop. I'm considering getting a desktop computer to be less vulnerable to this kind of incident...
